Descansamos m\u00e1s, viajamos, comemos distinto y muchas veces dejamos de lado ciertos cuidados diarios. Sin embargo, la salud bucal tambi\u00e9n necesita atenci\u00f3n en esta \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de los errores m\u00e1s comunes es relajar la higiene diaria. Aunque estemos fuera de casa o con horarios diferentes, es fundamental mantener el cepillado dental al menos dos veces por d\u00eda y el uso de hilo dental. Llevar un kit de higiene bucal en viajes o salidas largas puede marcar la diferencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro punto importante es la alimentaci\u00f3n. En vacaciones suele aumentar el consumo de bebidas azucaradas, alcohol y alimentos dulces, que favorecen la aparici\u00f3n de caries y problemas en las enc\u00edas. Recordar la limpieza bucal diaria y antes de dormir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El verano tambi\u00e9n trae consigo mayor riesgo de deshidrataci\u00f3n, lo que puede generar sequedad bucal. Tomar suficiente agua ayuda a mantener una correcta producci\u00f3n de saliva, clave para proteger los dientes de bacterias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, ante cualquier molestia, dolor o inflamaci\u00f3n, es importante no postergar la consulta.
